Ohno is having trouble making toast. We all have trouble making toast now and then. Be kind to those you know and be kind to those you meet, you never know when toast might be troubling someone’s heart.
Being quiet and thoughtful is good for the soul. Even being melancholy or sad once in a while is okay too. Ohno and Abigail remind us that we’re not rocks. We’re flesh and bone and sensitive to the touch with so, so many feelings to match. Today be happy, or a little less if you need to, but be yourself. Be thankful for who you are blessed to be and for who you’ve been blessed to spend time with.
It’s been drip-drop dreary lately this wintertime. Ohno is sitting out here in the sun then. Or dreaming about it at the very least. Maybe it’s drip-drip dreary where he is too but he always remembers what an old crow once told him. That it can’t rain all the time. Ohno knows the drips and drops (and even drearies) are necessary parts of life, but warm sunshine will return to him, and you, soon.
